San Rocco, now de-consecrated, was built in 1528 in fulfilment of a vow when the city was released from plague, and houses a stupendous wooden coffered ceiling.
Santa Maria delle Tinte, dominated by its unmistakable octagonal dome built in Renaissance style, it is decorated with stuccoes and statues of clear Baroque inspiration.
La Chiesa dei Re Magi, of 1600, is a true artistic gem. On the marble altar is a work by the Pisan painter Aurelio Lomi, while the stupendous Baroque style decorative work is by Tommaso Amantini of Urbania.
San Giacomo dating back to the end of the 1200s, was enlarged and modified in the 18th Century. It retains many of the original Romanesque Gothic features. Santa Maria Assunta, of 1600, rebuilt in 1896, houses some fine paintings by the Pergola painter Antonio Concioli.
Oratorio dell'Ascensione al Palazzolo, houses frescoes from 1483 by Lorenzo d'Alessandro, described as "one of the finest moments in 15th century Marche fresco painting".
